Devils Lake Fishing Report-May 22nd, 2019

Cold wind, cold water has been the story this spring. Water temps went from 60 to the higher 40’s. The we had a slow warm up. The water temps are now mid 50’s. Fishing has been really click’y. Bobbers and leeches seem to work best in the mornings. Once the water warms up we start pitching cranks. Most of our fish are coming out of the 2 to 6 ft. of water depths. YOU HAVE TO FIND THE WARMER WATER. Then you will find active fish. 1 or 2 degrees makes all the difference in the world. We still have a few openings this summer if you want to book a trip. Tight Lines.
