Ice Fishing Report-March 12th, 2023

This actually might be the last ice fishing report of the season.

I only have one week left on the ice. As I look outside I could probably guide on the ice well into April.

This last blizzard definitely is gonna make this final week an interesting one. Access as I write this is a major problem.

I think once we can get to where we want to go the fishing will be good. Definitely a tracks only week.

For those of you that haven’t yet, don’t forget to have your fish houses off the lake by March 15th. I pulled mine a couple days ago before this major snow event hit.

I will continue to report once I’m back in Bismarck for the spring. We are hoping to start our open water fishing by April 1st. It might be north on the tailrace but rest assured we will be out there. I’ll also report on the usable ramps and ice/water status.

I’m also booking open water trips right now for all 3 bodies of water. The Missouri River near Bismarck this spring and Devils Lake and Lake Sakakawea this summer and fall! Get ahold of me.

Ice Fishing Report-February 26th, 2023

I've personally had a goofy week up here on Devils Lake. With the storm events around us it definitely caused some interruptions. One of the interruptions was clients couldn't travel in to fish. So I definitely took a hit business wise with the weather. It's all part...
