Lake Sakakawea Fishing Reports

This is your Lake Sakakawea fishing report for Monday, July 10th 2018…

Fishing on Lake Sakakawea is at times right. Ow crazy good! The fish are moving around a lot and changing depths do you have to stay on your toes. The best producers for us while guiding has been the Lindy rig or slow death with a half crawler. Depths are definitely getting deeper on the not so windy days. 15 to 25 foot depth range has been best depending on weather. Watch for the good mud lines. Not the mud that looks likes chocolate milk, but the ones that look like you put one drop of cream in your coffee. If your boat breaks up the mud as you troll or drift your good to go! Trust your electronics that’s why you spent good money on them. If you see fish you should be good to go! If you don’t have your own electronics or if your looking for an educational day on the water, book a trip and we will go learn together! Mike Peluso
